Run Africa is dedicated to creating opportunities for holistic development. Alongside our running programs, we prioritize education and healthcare initiatives to address community needs. To combat the stigma surrounding mental health, we’ve launched the “Minds Matter” program. Through this initiative, Run Africa conducts awareness campaigns and provides counseling services, breaking down barriers to mental health care and promoting emotional well-being across communities.
